Final update of version 0.3 for PC, Mac and Android

Added female Vanessa and Karishma

Activated pregnancy

There's still more work to be done to make the female versions of trans characters available earlier in the game but the eventual goal is to have alternate scenes of both versions of the 3 characters (Vanessa, Karishma and Brenda)

Moving on to work on my other game Alison Fall of the Apple for now where I'll be updating the love route this month and remastering some more of the prologue

Getting a little closer to that 2nd PC so I can work on both games constantly but these things are expensive to put together so gonna take a little more time
